Job Description

Precision Record Pressing, a vinyl record manufacturing plant based in Burlington, is looking to add another production coordinator to our Toronto office team. Production coordinators are responsible for guiding vinyl record projects through the system, ensuring they are accurate and on time.

In light of recent growth, we are expanding our production department to ensure that each vinyl record project continues to receive maximum focus and care. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, attentive, and proactive.

Duties:

• To act as direct support for 3-4 sales account managers: organizing project information, flagging potential issues or delays, problem solving

• Production coordination moves including but not limited to: vetting and releasing new projects, collecting and advancing artwork & audio assets, coordination with other people in the production department

• Update and maintain all spreadsheets related to production tasks

Requirements:

1-2 years of admin experience is an asset but not mandatory
