LOOTERS is a full service company that specializes in the Canadian Entertainment Industry.  Our main tasks that we focus on are marketing, publicity, tour press, sales, budgeting, forecasting and more!  We take care of your companies needs in Canada when you can’t be here.  Some of our main label clients include METAL BLADE RECORDS, HOPELESS RECORDS & ARTOFFACT RECORDS.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and engaged multitasker who can coordinate tasks and duties for ongoing projects. We need this person to fulfill an ever-evolving and dynamic role at Looters.

Requirements:

Responsibilities
Admin
  • Keep all databases up to date with correct information
  • Collecting information for weekly reports
  • Logging in requests (Interviews, CD reviews, Guest List)
  • Update company website
  • Add new release information into Haulix
  • Keep Facebook ad groups up to date with new groups and artist’s
  • Light bookkeeping with accounts receivable and payable
 
Public Relations
  • Writing pitches for media including CD reviews, Live Reviews, Interviews (in person and advance)
  • Writing and/or revising press releases
  • Writing copy for different types of social media platforms
 
Bonus:
  • Knowledgeable about both PC and Mac devices
  • Music industry knowledge and experience 
  • Social Media knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
  • On top of digital trends such as monetization, advertising, audience growth
  • Google Docs, WordPress, Emma and Haulix

Full-service label clients include Metal Blade Records, Hopeless Records and Artoffact Records. We are also responsible for PR on all releases for Spinefarm Records in Canada.
