Research based music & movement classes for children aged birth - 5 years and the grown-ups who love them!

Job Description

We are seeking: PERMANENT Part-time Positions. Strong singers needed to teach Music Together classes for parents and children, birth through kindergarten.

International, research-based program includes a rich variety of movement activities, singing, chanting, and instrumental jam sessions. We are looking for someone who is able to commit to 4 - 10 classes per week and can work in several areas of the GTA We are looking for a long term commitment. (2 plus years). You MUST be available to complete the training November 14th - 16th in Toronto. Pay is $30/class. 



Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

A strong singer and mover.

Responsible,  creative, professional, motivated  & committed.

Positive and outgoing, dynamic, honest, warm and engaging.

Understands and possesses integrity.

Able to connect well with both children and parents.

Organized and self motivated.

Able to take direction as well as work independently.

Able to handle small administrative tasks.

Great communicator.

Is punctual and prepared.

Joyful with a great sense of fun!

 

 

 

 



Additional Info:

The selected applicant will be required to complete a paid apprenticeship of approximately 2-3 hours, one morning per week for up to 10 weeks once the training is complete. Apprenticeship will begin immediately.
