On May 10, 2019 up to 200 folks from the arts, cultural and creative sector joined us for Creative Works at Harbourfront Centre. With a focus on engagement, the conference featured discussions about Accessibility and Equity, Building Effective Networks, Audience-Centric Marketing Strategy, Partnering Outside the Box, Corporate Sponsorship and more.

Phyllis Yaffe, Canada’s Consul General in New York opened the conference with a keynote and conversation with Diane Davy, WorkInCulture’s Executive Director.  Watch the live streaming

We closed the conference sharing highlights from the MakingItWork report and a panel discussion with the regional ambassadors of the MakingItWork research project. You can also watch the MakingItWork panel here

Maya Shah, Writer and Student at Humber College had a chance to chat with some folks at the conference.
