WorkInCulture is seeking experienced individuals to support the professional development of artists, creative entrepreneurs, arts administrators and other arts professionals.

WorkInCulture has successfully run seven mentoring programs working with a variety of partners since 2011. Our experience has confirmed that mentoring is a powerful tool that helps individuals address career opportunities and challenges while building strong relationships. As we expand our mentoring programs we are looking for volunteer mentors who will share their knowledge and experience with participants on a one-to-one basis, either in-person, by telephone, virtually or in any other manner that best suits the mentoring pair.

What are the benefits of being a Mentor?

Those who are committed to giving back through mentoring also have the option of being featured and celebrated through WorkInCulture’s networks (over 100,000 monthly visitors to the website, 4500+ followers on Twitter; and 1950+ followers on Facebook).
