We are delighted to announce our new pilot project, Growing Earned Revenue Mentoring (GERM) Program, where we match 20 arts and heritage organizations across Ontario with a professional experienced in identifying and expanding earned revenue opportunities.

WorkInCulture recognizes that nonprofit arts and heritage organizations are facing the challenges of reduced financial resources and are inspired to explore untapped resources and earned revenue opportunities.

Whatever the motivation, earned revenue activities have the potential to provide opportunities for experimentation, innovation, greater independence and long-term sustainability, and to further enhance the organization’s mission and impact.

We will be developing and posting related resources and learning opportunities throughout the pilot project period which runs until October 31, 2018.

Sign up for our newsletter to learn more about our progress with the matched GERM program arts and heritage organizations, future iterations of the program, and other opportunities as they come up.
