Job Description

As an Artist Services Intern, you will be providing administrative, creative and logistical support to managers at 2+2, with specific duties including:
  • General administration (faxing, filing, shipping, etc.)
  • Social media marketing (including maintaining Bandsintown & Songkick)
  • Collecting and archiving live tour assets
  • Maintaining contact databases
  • Recording client live performances on SOCAN
  • Website maintenance
  • Collecting receipts for 2+2 Management clients expenses and statements
  • Assist in keeping office space, neat, orderly and organized
  • Other such matters, errands and tasks as assigned by the President, VP Operations, and Artist Managers


  • Must be enrolled in a credited post-secondary program
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate computer skills considered an asset (Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop)
  • A background and track record in live entertainment considered an asset
  • An ongoing passion and desire to be part of the music business
