Job Description

NCJWC,Toronto is at an exciting time in the organizational history. We are seeking a talented individual to help us re-brand and move into the future.
As the development associate, you will be responsible for assisting with all fundraising activities and managing donations. Job duties include with marketing and outreach, tracking all donations and donor meetings via a donor database, managing the donor database and helping to develop solicitation materials for potential donors.
You will ensure that all donations received are entered correctly and donor contact information is accurate. You will provide organizational management by creating and running progress reports to identify data errors and streamline operations, and will provide assistance to the Executive Director with all fundraising activities.


2 years administrative experience preferred, including fundraising and campaign experience
Familiarity with DonorPerfect and fundraising for non-profits
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent writing skills
Data management
A strong desire to help
Interest in being part of the creative re-branding process
University degree required, diploma in fundraising and non-profit management preferred
Candidates with the right combination of skills and experience will be considered
