As Company Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning and overseeing daily tour operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, consistently delivering the Cirque brand promise. You will also be known as a:
  • Prominent leader: providing guidance and vision to your team of directors and managers (Artistic, Technical & Site Operations, Tour Management, Customer Services), while contributing to the artists’ and employees’ well-being and professional development;
  • Business influencer and company ambassador: continually striving to foster efficient relationships both internally and with our partners, promoters, venues and suppliers;
  • Operations manager: ensuring business objectives and targets are met while upholding Cirque’s strong customer-driven philosophy;
  • Strategic decision maker: optimizing operations to contribute to profit maximization in competitive markets, and improving the overall show experience;
  • Global mindsetter: sharing knowledge and contributing to best practices in the pursuit of common goals along with the success of cross-company operational and business performances.


You are a university graduate with fluency in English who will be interacting with over 70 different nationalities both on tour and at the various Cirque offices.
Cirque offers 2 distinct environments, which one stimulates you the most?
· Big Top: An ecosystem of its own composed of the renowned Big Top tent and accompanying tents, the VIP lounge, as well as the nomadic Box Office, Kitchen Services and repair workshops – all set up by show members. 

· Arena shows: A fast tempo with daily performances visiting a different city every week. Travelling from venue to venue, adapting operations and equipment to their installations while preserving Cirque’s artistic excellence.
